About TechStack Data
TechStack Data is the public-record intelligence practice of TechStack LLC, a Texas limited liability company. We build products that answer ownership, control and counterparty questions from United States government filings, and we publish the evidence behind every answer.
What we do
Public filings contain the answer to a great many commercially important questions, and almost none of them are usable as filed. Ownership is recorded as disconnected legal entities with no grouping key. Financial reporting arrives on irregular periods. Lenders, landlords and operators sit in the same table with nothing distinguishing their roles to a casual reader.
The work is resolution: linking filings into entities, entities into families, and families into a picture a buyer, lender or reporter can act on — while keeping the seams visible, so that a reader can tell a retrieved fact from an inferred one and can check either.
Publisher of record
TechStack LLC is the publisher of record for every product listed below. The same methodology, evidence classes, confidence bands and corrections policy apply across all of them.
- WhoOwnsCare — Post-acute ownership, transaction and counterparty intelligence for skilled nursing, home health and hospice.
- Business Buyer Check — Evidence-led screening for small-business acquisitions: what the listing claims, what the deal math says, and what still needs proof.
Editorial position
We are independent. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with, or approved by any government agency, and we take no position on whether any entity we describe is well or badly run. We report what filings say, how strongly they support a conclusion, and where they contradict each other.
We do not accept payment to alter, remove or soften a published finding. Corrections are made when the evidence warrants it and for no other reason. How corrections work.
Limits of what we publish
- Nothing here is an appraisal, audit, quality-of-earnings opinion, legal or tax advice, or a lending decision.
- Nothing here may be used for employment, credentialing, insurance, tenancy or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- We reproduce filings as submitted. We do not verify that filers were truthful.
